In 1996 Maximos Alevras – civil engineer began his professional activities in the design and construction sector. During the twenty-two years he has dealt with the issuance of at least 140 building permits covering multi-storey buildings, luxury seaside residences, hotel units, industrial buildings, detached houses and other buildings in northern Greece. At the same time Mr. Alevras Maximos was involved in the construction of four buildings with a consideration system, two industrial facilities, three luxury residences and a refurbishment of many shops and apartments. Also since 2002, Mr. Maximos Alevras deals with the estimation of real estates and with the pensions of the econometric studies and the promotion of the investment programs.
