In 2002, the team began to reconstruct the Agionissi Resort hotel on the island of Amuliani near the third finger of Halkidiki to improve the energy performance of buildings, during the winter months of 2003-2004, the main building and its landscape design near the pool were completely renovated, while improving the paths connecting the hotel with the beach.
In 2010, the team was engaged in the project, construction and sale of a complex of cottages in the district of Oreokastro Thessaloniki
In 2016 the team was engaged in the project and sale of a villa in Nikiti on the 2nd finger of Halkidiki
Xenia Ouranoupolis belongs to the world-famous series of hotel complexes built in the 60’s – 70’s, to promote the Greek tourism industry. In 2007, we developed a project to expand the hotel complex in order to increase its capacity to 300 beds. The expansion included the addition of a building for the reception of holidaymakers, the creation of a building for recreation and entertainment, as well as the reconstruction of the landscape of the surrounding area.
In 2015, the team was engaged in the project and construction of a shoe factory in the city of Kilkis in Northern Greece using a subsidy program.
At the moment the team is engaged in the project and builds a coastal wooden house off the coast of Asprovalta (Longari-Matsiki district)
