Το 2019 ο πολιτικός μηχανικός Μάξιμος Αλευράς και ο πολιτικός μηχανικός Ελήνος Καρυπίδης ένωσαν τις δυνάμεις τους και έκτοτε πορεύονται μαζί σε Μελέτες, Κατασκευές, Εκδόσεις Οικοδομικών Αδείων και Νομιμοποιήσεις των ακινήτων.

Έχοντας δύο γραφεία: το ένα στο Ωραιόκαστρο με διεύθυνση Θεσσαλονίκης 115 και το δεύτερο στην Ασπροβάλτα με διεύθυνση 28ης Οκτωβρίου 3.Η ομάδα των τεχνικών γραφείων αποτελείται από 5 άτομα. Βασικός στόχος τις ομάδας είναι η ποιοτική κατασκευή σε ευπρόσιτες τιμές καθώς και η συνέπεια στον χρόνο των κατασκευών.

In 1996, Maximos Alefras, a civil engineer, began his professional career in the fields of design and construction. Over the course of twenty-two years, he has been involved in the issuance of at least 140 building permits, including multi-story buildings, luxury beachfront residences, hotel units, industrial buildings, single-family homes, and other types of buildings in Northern Greece. Additionally, Mr. Alefras was involved in the construction of 4 buildings through a land development system, two industrial facilities, three luxury homes, and the renovation of numerous shops and apartments. Since 2002, Mr. Maximos Alefras has also been active in property appraisal, drafting economic and technical studies, and the evaluation of investment programs.

In 2019, civil engineer Maximos Alefras and civil engineer Elinos Karypidis joined forces and have since been working together on studies, construction projects, building permit issuance, and property legalization.

The company operates from two offices: one in Oreokastro, at 115 Thessalonikis Street, and the second in Asprovalta, at 3 28th October Street. The team of the technical offices consists of 5 members. The main goal of the team is to ensure high-quality construction at affordable prices, as well as to maintain adherence to construction timelines.
